Terms of business

The pupil certifies that a suitable licence is held to drive the tuition verhicle.
Pupils must inform instructor immediately if they receive any endorsements on their licence during the period of receiving lessons with I drive driving school chesterfield.
Payments for lessons will always be made at start of lessons or prior to taking lessons in advance of lessons commencing.
All block bookings are none refundable.
We at I drive driving school chesterfield can’t and will not be held responsible for any mechanical breakdown during lessons or whilst out on a driving test.
We cannot be held responsible for any driving tests being cancelled or postponed by the dvsa
We as a driving school allow 15 minutes waiting time for the instructor, due to any unforeseen delays such as traffic etc.
The instructor reserves the right to rearrange a lesson to a time convenient to you and the instructor, if they exceed the allowed time.
Minimum period of 24 hours is required if you wish to cancel or change a driving lesson to help cut down the costs of the business.
IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT NOTICE YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL LESSON PRICE.
A driving test may only be booked with the full consent of your driving instructor.
If the test is booked without instructors consent he/she reserves the right to withdraw/refuse the tuition vehicle for the driving test.
Instructor reserves the right to refuse a driving lesson if he/she believes the pupil is under influence of alcohol or any other substance that would contravene road safety.
And you the pupil WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL LESSON PRICE.
