The pupil certifies that a suitable licence is held to drive the tuition vehicle.
Pupils must inform me immediately if they receive any endorsements on their licence during the period of receiving tuition.
Payments for lessons is always in advance of lessons starting.
All block bookings are none refundable.
I at I drive driving school can’t and won’t be held responsible for any mechanical breakdown or fault on driving lessons or tests.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your lesson.
If you fail to provide sufficient notice you (WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL LESSON PRICE.)
A driving test may only be booked with full consent of myself (your instructor).
If the test is booked without my consent I reserve the right to withdraw the tuition vehicle from test without notice from the pupil if I believe your not ready for a driving test.
I also reserve the right to refuse a driving lesson if I believe you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance, that would contravene road safety.
And you the pupil will be charged the full lesson price.
